Understanding your dashboard
Your dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of everything Alive24x7 is watching. Here is what each part means.
Summary cards
At the top of the dashboard, four cards show: the total number of monitors you have, how many are currently UP, how many are currently DOWN, and your average uptime percentage across all monitors over the last 24 hours.
Monitor list
Each row in the monitor list shows the monitor name, its type, the current status, the uptime percentage over the last 24 hours, the average response time, and when it was last checked. Click any monitor to open its detail page.
Monitor detail page
The detail page shows a response time chart over the last 24 hours, a check-by-check history log, and the current alert configuration. From here you can also edit or delete the monitor.
Status indicators
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| UP | The last check succeeded — the service is responding normally |
| DOWN | The last check failed — an alert has been sent if alerts are configured |
| UNKNOWN | No checks have run yet — this clears within 30–60 seconds of adding a monitor |
Navigation
Use the top navigation bar to access Incidents (your downtime history), Maintenance (scheduled maintenance windows), Team (manage team members), and Billing (your plan and subscription).
