My SMS alert was not delivered

If you are not receiving SMS alerts, check the following.

Is your phone number in a supported country?

SMS alerts are only supported for phone numbers in USA & Canada (+1), United Kingdom (+44), and Australia (+61). Numbers in other countries will not receive SMS alerts. Use email or Slack alerts instead.

Is the phone number in the correct format?

The number must be in international (E.164) format: a + followed by the country code, then the number with no spaces, brackets, or dashes. For example: +61412345678 (Australia), +447911123456 (UK), or +12025551234 (USA).

Have you reached your monthly SMS quota?

Pro plans include 50 SMS per month and Team plans include 200 SMS per month. If you have reached your quota for the month, SMS alerts stop until the quota resets on the first of next month. Email and Slack alerts continue to work regardless of your SMS quota.

Are you on a plan that includes SMS?

SMS alerts are only available on Pro and Team plans. They are not available on the Trial or Starter plans.
