Upgrading or changing your plan

You can change your plan at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard.

Upgrading to a higher plan

  1. Go to Billing.
  2. Click the upgrade button for the plan you want.
  3. Complete the Stripe checkout with your payment details.

Your new plan limits take effect immediately after payment. If you were on a trial, monitoring resumes within 60 seconds.

Downgrading to a lower plan

  1. Go to Billing.
  2. Click Manage billing & invoices to open the Stripe billing portal.
  3. In the portal, select the plan you want to switch to.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan's features until then.

If you downgrade and you have more monitors than the new plan allows, your existing monitors are not deleted. However, you will not be able to add new monitors until your count is within the new plan's limit.
