Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee.
How to cancel
- Go to Billing in your dashboard.
- Click Manage billing & invoices.
- In the Stripe billing portal, click Cancel plan.
What happens after cancellation
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again and you keep full access until that date. After the period ends, your monitors are paused and no further checks or alerts are sent. Your account data is retained for 90 days before being permanently deleted.
Changed your mind? You can resubscribe at any time from the Billing page and your monitors will resume immediately.
