Free trial — what happens after 14 days

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to sign up.

What happens when the trial expires

  • All your monitors are paused — no checks run and no alerts are sent.
  • Your account remains accessible — you can still log in and view your data.
  • Your monitors, check history, and incidents are preserved — nothing is deleted.
There is no ongoing free tier. To continue monitoring after the trial, you need to subscribe to a paid plan.

How to reactivate after trial expiry

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Billing in the top navigation.
  3. Choose a plan and click the upgrade button.
  4. Complete the checkout. Your monitors will resume within 60 seconds.
