Viewing your incident history
Every time a monitor goes DOWN, Alive24x7 creates an incident record. When the monitor recovers, the incident is closed with the total downtime duration. Your incident history gives you a complete log of every outage.
How to view your incidents
Click Incidents in the top navigation bar. The incident list shows all incidents across all your monitors, sorted with the most recent first.
What each incident shows
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Monitor | Which monitor triggered the incident |
| Started at | When the first failed check was recorded |
| Resolved at | When the monitor came back UP (blank if the outage is still ongoing) |
| Duration | Total time the monitor was DOWN |
| Error | The error message returned by the last failed check |
How long is incident history kept?

| Team | 365 days (1 year) |
Incidents older than your plan's retention period are automatically removed. Upgrading your plan does not recover previously deleted incidents.
